A Bit About Me
I discovered dance at age seven. By thirteen, I was teaching tap to neighborhood kids. That early love of movement grew into a lifelong career guiding others to feel more confident in their own bodies.
Love led me from Orange County to Hawaii, where my husband and I built a life together during our 24-year marriage. There I designed a 900 sf studio in our home and worked with diverse clientele, deepening both my craft and my understanding of what true well-being really requires.
Then life completely changed.
After a five-year battle with cancer, my husband passed away. Not long after I lost my beloved dog and the life I’d known for decades. Those losses were devastating and forced me to confront myself in ways I never imagined—but they also became the catalyst for reinvention.
At 60, I chose to begin again, and returned to California. During that transition, I earned my ICF Accreditation, which transformed the way I coached.
Today I’m deeply passionate about my encore career working with select clientele as a Life Transition Coach and Wellness Consultant— blending decades of experience with movement and the lived wisdom of reinvention.
