I admire how Dr. Attia bridges science with practical lifestyle strategies to help people live, not just longer, but better. His focus on prevention, longevity and taking ownership of your own health, aligns closely with my philosophy – that true wealth begins with a strong, healthy mind and body.

"The Body Keeps the Score" | Book by Bessel van der Kolk, M.D.
This book was referred to me many years ago by a good friend who was also my chiropractor. I have found it incredibly educational in my own mind-body Experience. It has also deeply influenced my approach to coaching - revealing how our bodies carry the weight of emotional pain—and how awareness and gentle reconnection can lead to profound healing and transformation after loss or major life change.

"Option B" | Book by Sheryl Sandberg & Adam Grant
This book offers a powerful look at resilience and the human capacity to define strength through loss and adversity. I admire how Sandberg and Grant blend personal experience with research to show that, while life may never be the same after grief, it can still be meaningful, connected and deeply fulfilling– a message that resonates strongly with my own work and healing and life reinvention.
