 In a world that often equates wealth with financial success, I believe our physical & emotional health combined, is vital for our quality of life in our elders years. 

Think about it - what is having wealth and a perfect estate plan, if you can't physically enjoy it? 

 

After more than three decades coaching a diverse clientele of men & women, I started to notice a common pattern; many people came to me feeling unfulfilled, even after years of traditional fitness training. Despite their dedication, they found focusing solely on physical goals left them missing a sense of true health. Additionally most, lacked the motivation to maintain routines when trying to do them on their own. This realization inspired me to develop a more holistic or somatic coaching experience unlike that of the stereotypical "Fitness Trainer"  – one that not only focuses on the physical body, but directly addresses the emotional components that sometime become roadblocks to success.   

 

What to Expect

1. Personalized Assessment - Means just that - "personalized." There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all when creating a personalized wellness regime. It should be customized for your unique physical attributes and weaknesses, your past emotional traumas and or limiting beliefs.  All combined with your physical goals to get a vision of how to create a roadmap for overall health and wellness. 

2. Goal Setting and Strategy - Together we discuss and set realistic goals that align with your vision of a healthier now, and a vibrant sustainable  future.  We can work on optimizing your current daily physical routines or daily tasks, striving for a physical achievement or, managing stress.  Additionally I can help you create a space in your home or office to use as a personal gym. that meets your lifestyle and one you will look forward to using for years. 

3. Accountability and Support - Once we have established a plan that resonates with you, the next step is CONSISTENCY. Consistent actions is what transforms intentions into results. Anyone who has attained great success will tell you it's the steady commitment to a goal often through small daily actions that makes the difference. This component is what I know has worked throughout my coaching career. I'll be there to keep you on track, navigate challenges and celebrate your wins!
